TrainingNo implementation is complete until we are confident that your staff is trained and comfortable with the use of the solution. We work closely to understand the specific needs of your team, and design a program that goes hand-in-hand with delivering the right level of education. Training usually begins with a thorough training of a core group of “Super-users” who will become your internal experts on the use of the InSites solution. Then, just prior to and during go-live, we ensure the rest of your staff are familiar with the common features of the system by doing quick group trainings and then working alongside them as they go about their normal daily duties. If and when questions arise, we stand ready to provide quick and accurate answer so that your staff can get back to the tasks at hand.
Additionally, the InSites application has an online “Help Center” complete with FAQ’s, videos, and instructions on how to perform common tasks. This information is updated on a regular basis to ensure the most complete and comprehensive answers are available to you and your team.
