Design Your Clinic to Achieve Operational Excellence
Speaker: Todd Medd, Healthcare Practice Leader – JLG Architect | Time: 38 minutes
When Sanford Health decided to redefine the patient process, they called on JLG Architects to reimagine healthcare clinical delivery in the 21st century. This grand undertaking led to the construction of Sanford Clinic in Moorhead, MN. This clinic enables patient self-rooming, making patient visits less time consuming and more efficient for providers. The clinic’s lean design also enhances collaboration by providing a new style of off-stage team space, where physicians, nurses, and other staff interact to deliver coordinated patient care.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- How to optimize the design process while elevating the clinical care model
- Ten tools for ensuring an effective design process to achieve operational excellence
- Realize the greatest value today – as well as into the future
