Jeff Hoss is the Project Executive Director for Sanford Medical Center in Fargo at Sanford Health. Jeff has almost 40 years of experience working in hospital and ambulatory operations. He is actively involved in process improvement directly related to operational efficiency and is passionate about perfecting Sanford’s patient experience. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in both Management and Business Administration.
Phillip Siek, Senior Director of Planning and Construction
Phil Siek is the Senior Director of Planning and Construction for Sanford Medical Center in Fargo at Sanford Health. Phil has over 10 year of experience in healthcare planning and construction and is passionate about applying patient-centric design models. Phil has a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility Management.
