Shane Waslaski is responsible for leading the company to achieve the vision of transforming healthcare with operational intelligence that improves care, enhances the human experience, and increases efficiency. Shane brings a proven leadership background in complex operations across the healthcare, manufacturing, infrastructure, and transportation industries, and he has served in various executive roles throughout his career, including President, CEO, COO, and Senior Vice President. Most recently, Shane was President of Varistar, where he led a manufacturing and infrastructure business portfolio with 1,600 employees and revenues of more than $500M. Varistar is a management and holding subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR), where he also served as a corporate officer and Senior Vice President.
Prior to these roles, he held operational leadership positions in healthcare delivery organizations and consulted for a wide range of healthcare customers, including hospitals, clinics, and insurers.
Kathy Cochran is responsible to strengthen and scale our internal support operations. Kathy is an experienced leader with a deep understanding of business process leadership in the Financial, IT, Software, and Professional Services industries. She has more than fifteen years of experience directly managing commercial finance portfolios; leading and supporting mergers and acquisitions, and advancing change management processes. Kathy has also led finance, operations, and professional service teams to high performance levels.
Previously, she has held leadership positions at Microsoft since 2001, including Regional Director of Real Estate and Facilities for the Americas; Director of M&A Integration Management; and Director of Dynamics Worldwide Partner Readiness and Training. In addition to her career at Microsoft, Kathy has served as COO for two technology companies. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from NDSU and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
Morgan is responsible for guiding the company’s technology strategy and articulating the value of its open, scalable architecture across the healthcare IT community. Morgan will lead InSites’ R&D strategies and oversee the engineering teams. Morgan brings to the company 27 years of software industry experience with Microsoft, Great Plains Software, and IBM. As a General Manager with Microsoft he was responsible for software engineering delivery of mission critical, enterprise-scale applications including B2B Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, Business Intelligence, and more.
He served as a CTO for a startup focused on enterprise applications integration tools, led customer implementation services for Great Plains Software, and was a software engineer for IBM focused on all aspects of operating systems development and support. He also developed and implemented a “Championship Engineering” culture and led the transformation of the team into Agile, DevOps, and User-Centered Design methodologies.
Donna started her career as a staff and charge nurse, serving at both HCA and Memorial Hermann health systems. After years in nursing, she turned her focus to clinical application adoption and support, overseeing the design, deployment, management and support of multiple application systems throughout the country, including in the nation’s largest hospital systems. Donna’s passion for care delivery and the desire to effectively pair it with technology design, deployment and adoption brought her to AirStrip Technologies in 2008, where she served as Senior Vice President of Client Operations. In 2014, Donna joined Houston Methodist as member of the Physician Initiatives leadership team, where she managed the core ambulatory enterprise applications, including their current EMR, and the collaborative planning, design, migration and transition to EpicCare Ambulatory EMR.
In 2015, Donna joined Intelligent InSites as Vice President of Clinical Engagement. Donna works across all disciplines in the company, including product design, services and solution support, customer engagement and business development, while also engaging with our peers and participating throughout the industry as a thought leader.
